What does the Q signal “QSL” mean?
- A.Send slower
- B.We have already confirmed the contact
- C.I have received and understood (correct answer)
- D.We have worked before
WhyThe Q signal QSL means I have received and understood. "QSL" means "I have received and understood," a straightforward acknowledgment that a transmission got through and was copied correctly, answer C. It doesn't itself mean a contact is already confirmed on paper (that's what a QSL card documents afterward), and it has nothing to do with prior contact history or sending speed.
